A collision led to Calcio U21 getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manfred Watkins stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Coneheads FC booed when Calcio U21 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Olof Kolberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56thth minute of the game Karl-Johan Lidman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coneheads FC's Kalle Ekelund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Coneheads FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Calcio U21's Iivo Puistola was substituted for Manfred Watkins. Kalle Ekelund came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Calcio U21's Iivo Puistola. But to his dismay, Iivo Puistola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 72 minutes into the game, Sven-Edvin Benet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coneheads FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calcio U21 the free kick. In the 72nd match minute, Coneheads FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Edvin Benet to maneuver through the defense. After 73 played minutes, Calcio U21's Karl-Johan Lidman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kalle Ekelund came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Calcio U21 reached it. Kalle Ekelund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Johan Lidman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Johan Lidman in the 82nd minute of play forced Coneheads FC's goalkeeper Kalle Ekelund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kalle Ekelund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl-Johan Lidman went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. In the 94th minute of the game Tommy Esbjörnsson made a throw-in which Jonathan Fisk played forward. For all the effort they put into the match, the Coneheads FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Calcio U21.
