Deje's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Electric Sharks the free kick. 14 minutes into the match, Electric Sharks's goalkeeper Gordon Zamora had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tobias Forssberg. Tobias Engström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Oskar Hammarberg in the 15th minute of the match. Per-Oskar Hammarberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Tobias Engström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henric Svanström in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gordon Zamora saved Electric Sharks from getting behind. In the 22nd minute, Per-Åke Johansson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tobias Engström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Tobias Engström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Åke Johansson in the 25th minute of the match. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Deje's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Karl-Åke Stolpe was slow to take the kick. During this time Electric Sharks's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Electric Sharks's corner Karl-Åke Stolpe fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tobias Engström quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Electric Sharks booed when Deje was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Ahlstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gordon Zamora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henric Svanström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Deje were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Electric Sharks's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kurt Åkerman took the corner. With an all-out effort, Deje's Gordon Zamora threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Henric Svanström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 36 minutes into the game, Per-Åke Johansson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Tobias Engström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Per-Oskar Hammarberg hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Gordon Zamora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henric Svanström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Deje's Tobias Forssberg got a free kick in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henric Svanström was the one to do the kick off. Per-Åke Johansson had several of the Deje's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 52 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-5 score and a disappointed Tobias Engström as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Tobias Forssberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Per-Åke Johansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the game, Per-Åke Johansson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tobias Engström. Per-Åke Johansson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. A collision led to Deje getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Tobias Forssberg hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Edmund Bergfelt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Tobias Forssberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gordon Zamora. Electric Sharks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tobias Forssberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-6. In the 76th match minute, Deje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Västerstrand to maneuver through the defense. Axel Isaksson hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Per-Åke Johansson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tobias Engström having to make a save. Tobias Engström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Oskar Hammarberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Per-Åke Johansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Electric Sharks's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per-Åke Johansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Electric Sharks getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Per-Oskar Hammarberg hit a great ball. Henric Svanström struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Gordon Zamora didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deje. Tobias Forssberg kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Deje's Tobias Engström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Deje from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Electric Sharks had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
