Thomas Boklund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sigvard Löfgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Skarkman having to interfere. If Mattias Västlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sigvard Löfgren scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niklas Skarkman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Niklas Skarkman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Ekberg in the 24th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Höglunda IK's goal looked a bit too open when Sigvard Löfgren came free, but Niklas Skarkman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konrad Ekberg in the 30th minute of play forced Höglunda IK's goalkeeper Niklas Skarkman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Höglunda IK getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Wilhelm Thedin hit a great ball. Konrad Ekberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Niklas Skarkman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigvard Löfgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 38 minutes into the match, BenRis FC's goalkeeper Barnaba Tipinski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mattias Västlund. Billy Hafström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thomas Boklund was the one to do the kick off. Sigvard Löfgren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Niklas Skarkman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 57th minute, BenRis FC's Konrad Ekberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Sigvard Löfgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Skarkman having to interfere. Kristoffer Frisck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Barnaba Tipinski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niklas Skarkman was a little too slow when Konrad Ekberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 0-3. In the 69th match minute, Höglunda IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arvin Sander to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the game, Konrad Ekberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Niklas Skarkman. Konrad Ekberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Sigvard Löfgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Niklas Skarkman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niklas Skarkman came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by BenRis FC's Konrad Ekberg. But to his dismay, Konrad Ekberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Sigvard Löfgrens short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Niklas Skarkman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 82nd minute of the match, Sigvard Löfgren got a very nice opportunity to score, but Niklas Skarkman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Konrad Ekberg hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Niklas Skarkman made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Sigvard Löfgren sent off a good shot on target. Höglunda IK's Niklas Skarkman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Tunström in the 86th minute of play. BenRis FC played a much better game than Höglunda IK and deserved their victory. The Höglunda IK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
