Karşiyaka Futbol Koleji's Markus Kruuse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Karşiyaka Futbol Koleji from getting a goal against them. After 25 played minutes Grinchez got a freekick which was hit by Ronny Eliasson. Ödön Keresztesi's late challenge caught a Grinchez's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ödön Keresztesi helped the player get up and apologised. Ödön Keresztesi kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Alexandros Kotakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Markus Kruuse having to interfere. Grinchez were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Karşiyaka Futbol Koleji's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fredrik Lidberg took the corner. Karşiyaka Futbol Koleji's defense could not quite keep up when Ronny Eliasson in the 41st minute got ready and shot a well placed long shot on target. It was only the outstanding action taken by the goalkeeper Markus Kruuse that stopped the ball from going in by the upper left corner. After a rather tough play, Karşiyaka Futbol Koleji's Per-Olof Kjellkvist got a free kick in the 43rd minute. With a little luck, Karşiyaka Futbol Koleji's Markus Kruuse got control of the ball when Alexandros Kotakis tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The wind increased when Alexandros Kotakis made the kick off in the second half. Grinchez made a substitution. Algot Sundberg replaced Ronny Eliasson. In the 67th match minute, Karşiyaka Futbol Koleji was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Olof Kjellkvist to maneuver through the defense.
