After 5 minutes of play, Enskede-Årsta IF's Börge Olsmann made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Markus Kruuse was left in no man's land by his defense there! Markus Kruuse came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Enskede-Årsta IF's Filiph Vallander. But to his dismay, Filiph Vallander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The Enskede-Årsta IF fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Enskede-Årsta IF's Börge Olsmann looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 23 played minutes Enskede-Årsta IF got a freekick which was hit by Rune Hökkvist. Fredric Lundgren was a little too slow when Ödön Keresztesi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 1-3. Fabian Olsmann kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The long shot by Per-Olof Kjellkvist in the 30th minute really tested Fredric Lundgren's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With a little luck, Enskede-Årsta IF's Fredric Lundgren got control of the ball when Ödön Keresztesi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Markus Kruuse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiph Vallander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Filiph Vallander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Markus Kruuse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiph Vallander in the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, Enskede-Årsta IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joachim Vase to maneuver through the defense. During the 44th minute of the match Rune Hökkvist completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rune Hökkvist a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Karşiyaka Futbol Koleji booed when Enskede-Årsta IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rune Hökkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Börge Olsmann was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Karşiyaka Futbol Koleji's goal looked a bit too open when Börge Olsmann came free, but Markus Kruuse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Enskede-Årsta IF's zone, Dennis Magnusson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fredric Lundgren came out of the goal and Dennis Magnusson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ödön Keresztesi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Karşiyaka Futbol Koleji's Markus Kruuse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börge Olsmann in the 61st minute of play. Markus Kruuse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Börge Olsmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Dennis Magnusson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fredric Lundgren. Enskede-Årsta IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dennis Magnusson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when John Vennerkvist got free with Markus Kruuse in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Enskede-Årsta IF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
