The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jens-Ola Lindell during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. David Lingren came out of the goal and Kenneth Säfström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustav Bock during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gustav Bock kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Gabirel in the 31st minute of play forced Frosta HC's goalkeeper David Lingren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jarl Kielberg in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bengt Lindholm saved Björköby from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delmiro Gabirel during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Delmiro Gabirel hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Jarl Kielberg took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bengt Lindholm. Bengt Lindholm dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karl-Michael Fogel to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Kenneth Säfström sped through Frosta HC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of David Lingren. If Jarl Kielberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Björköby's Karl-Ove Gulliksson seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Karl-Ove Gulliksson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Björköby protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Karl-Ove Gulliksson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of Björköby:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Frosta HC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Bengt Lindholm, was totally fooled by Frosta HC's Jens-Ola Lindell, who 64 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a rather tough play, Björköby's Anders Alström got a free kick in the 71st minute. Delmiro Gabirel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. David Lingren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 75 minutes, Delmiro Gabirel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Björköby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmiro Gabirel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Delmiro Gabirel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. David Lingren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Björköby's Delmiro Gabirel got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. David Lingren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Delmiro Gabirel went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. In the 96th match minute, Björköby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William Biörling to maneuver through the defense.
