Frosta HC's David Lingren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arvin Askestät in the 4th minute of play. When Arvin Askestät, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 5 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The David Lingren was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 7th match minute, Hofors FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Hääger to maneuver through the defense. Gustav Bock's late challenge caught a Hofors FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustav Bock helped the player get up and apologised. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Frosta HC! In the 10th minute there was a penalty for Hofors FK. Fredric Snäll stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving David Lingren. 0-1. In the 13th minute, Arvin Askestät left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hofors FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Arvin Askestät sped through Frosta HC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of David Lingren. After 22 played minutes Frosta HC got a freekick which was hit by Lukas Sjögren. David Lingren didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Hofors FK's Arvin Askestät shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-5 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 31st match minute, Hofors FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Pil to maneuver through the defense. The Hofors FK fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Hofors FK's Arvin Askestät looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Otto Vallgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Cristian Villalobos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arvin Askestät in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Lingren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Frosta HC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hofors FK were winning 1-7.

The wind increased when Karl-Michael Fogel made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 57 minutes, Jarl Kielberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Frosta HC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarl Kielberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hofors FK's Stanley Wood was substituted for Axel Pil. Hofors FK's Arvin Askestät was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 60th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 73rd minute, Hofors FK's Thomas Larsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind David Lingren. David Lingren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-12. 79 minutes into the match, Hofors FK's Stig Gallberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Lingren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Hofors FK's Arvin Askestät slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David Lingren. That made the score 1-14 after 81 minutes of play. Stig Gallberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, David Lingren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Arvin Askestät struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. David Lingren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hofors FK. Arvin Askestät received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. David Lingren came out and tried to block the shot, but Arvin Askestät slotted it home off the left post making it 1-15 in the 88th minute. Hofors FK played a much better game than Frosta HC and deserved their victory. The Frosta HC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
