Axel Pil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Markus Kruuse having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvin Askestät in the 11th minute of play forced Karşiyaka Futbol Koleji's goalkeeper Markus Kruuse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dennis Magnusson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Cristian Villalobos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dennis Magnusson to strike the kick off in the second half. Markus Kruuse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvin Askestät in the 51st minute of the match. Markus Kruuse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig Gallberg in the 53rd minute of play. The Hofors FK fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Hofors FK's Arvin Askestät looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Cristian Villalobos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Karşiyaka Futbol Koleji supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hofors FK's performance. The match ended with a win for Hofors FK.
