The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Alrot got free with Zbyszko Lichorobiec in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th minute, Anders Alström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Björköby fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 30 played minutes Hållsta got a freekick which was hit by Börje Hedlund. Bengt Lindholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jon Bergren to make the kick off. Zbyszko Lichorobiec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenneth Säfström in the 51st minute of play. If Jon Bergren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Iwan Puzio came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Hållsta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iwan Puzio couldn't finish the play. 55 minutes into the match, Hållsta's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Alström came free, but Zbyszko Lichorobiec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute Asso Runnel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt Lindholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kristiansson took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zbyszko Lichorobiec. Zbyszko Lichorobiec dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Anders Alström took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zbyszko Lichorobiec. Zbyszko Lichorobiec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmiro Gabirel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zbyszko Lichorobiec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Alrot in the 82nd minute of the match. Bengt Lindholm came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hållsta's Iwan Puzio. But to his dismay, Iwan Puzio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3.
