Spectators: 7737 (Terracing: 5804, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 154) Flock of Eagles's Sabin Mergea started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Joacim Jonsson made a precise shot to the right of Peter Sundström. IF Leikin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Joacim Jonsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Peter Sundström came out and tried to block the shot, but Joacim Jonsson slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 7th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Flock of Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Jesco came free, but Tobias Pilblad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sabin Mergea got free with Peter Sundström in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Olle Sigman took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peter Sundström. Peter Sundström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 19th minute, Tor Lagerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 played minutes IF Leikin got a freekick which was hit by Tor Lagerberg. The supporters of Flock of Eagles booed when IF Leikin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell Kaxe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Osvald Backlund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter Sundström was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. 36 minutes into the match, Sabin Mergea notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of IF Leikin's Peter Sundström. Peter Sundström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peter Sundström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sabin Mergea went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Peter Sundström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sabin Mergea in the 43rd minute. Peter Sundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabin Mergea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 8-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wojciech Jaraczewski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tobias Pilblad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wojciech Jaraczewski in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute Sabin Mergea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Sundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peter Sundström came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Flock of Eagles's Sabin Mergea. But to his dismay, Sabin Mergea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Peter Sundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvald Backlund in the 60th minute of the match. Peter Sundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joacim Jonsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. IF Leikin's Peter Sundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabin Mergea in the 65th minute of play. Peter Sundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joacim Jonsson in the 67th minute of the match. Peter Sundström came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Flock of Eagles's Sabin Mergea. But to his dismay, Sabin Mergea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. Tobias Pilblad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wojciech Jaraczewski in the 71st minute of the match. Tor Lagerberg charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tor Lagerberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tor Lagerberg kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Peter Sundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joacim Jonsson in the 78th minute of play. Peter Sundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabin Mergea in the 80th minute of play. Peter Sundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabin Mergea, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Flock of Eagles made a substitution. Christoffer Kock replaced Olle Sigman. In the 92nd minute, Tor Lagerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Flock of Eagles players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
