Spectators: 7830 (Terracing: 5874, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 156) Kävlinge FC's Jörn Valrot started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leonard Christoffersson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adam Linquist having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Degerfors IF's Wilfredo Laffitte got a free kick in the 4th minute. 7 minutes into the game, Per Åberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adam Linquist. Per Åberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Hans Fastesson hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Kristian Brodin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Adam Linquist 12 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute, Joachim Kihlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the game, Degerfors IF's Kristian Brodin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adam Linquist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Kristian Brodin scored 4-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adam Linquist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adam Linquist made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Kristian Brodin sent off a good shot on target. Adam Linquist came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Degerfors IF's Kristian Brodin. But to his dismay, Kristian Brodin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Kristian Brodin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adam Linquist came out and tried to block the shot, but Kristian Brodin slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 30th minute. Adam Linquist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per Åberg went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. 39 minutes into the match, Per Åberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adam Linquist. Kävlinge FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Per Åberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kristian Brodin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Leonard Christoffersson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Degerfors IF and the Kävlinge FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 61 minutes into the match, Kävlinge FC's goal looked a bit too open when Per Åberg came free, but Adam Linquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kristian Brodin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Linquist having to interfere. After 66 minutes of play, Degerfors IF's Kristian Brodin made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adam Linquist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Adam Linquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Åberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kävlinge FC's Adam Linquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristian Brodin in the 79th minute of play. Kristian Brodin took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adam Linquist. Adam Linquist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. 86 minutes into the game, Guto Gomes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Adam Linquist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 91 minutes into the match, Kristian Brodin notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Kävlinge FC's Adam Linquist. Adam Linquist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Kävlinge FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Joachim Kihlberg hit a great ball. There was no doubt that Degerfors IF were the better team. Degerfors IF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
