Spectators: 7664 (Terracing: 5749, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hampus Apelquist got the match started through his kick off. If Hubert Vesterberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. AIK were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after Ås's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hubert Vesterberg took the corner. Arvid Uggla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hampus Apelquist in the 6th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Hampus Apelquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arvid Uggla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Leonard Kjellqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonard Kjellqvist in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristian Lindholm saved Ås from getting behind. Arvid Uggla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hampus Apelquist in the 27th minute of play. After 28 minutes, Hugo Mattsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AIK and the Ås players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th match minute, AIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Mattsson to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Ås's Roger Vesterberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arvid Uggla. That made the score 1-1 after 30 minutes of play. Arvid Uggla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Tomasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristian Lindholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Kjellqvist in the 34th minute of the match. Hubert Vesterberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristian Lindholm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hubert Vesterberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Hubert Vesterberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Kristian Lindholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to AIK getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Alfredo Kimetz hit a great ball. Rasmus Runeberg kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Hampus Apelquist came free, but Arvid Uggla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Leonard Kjellqvist made the kick off in the second half. Leonard Kjellqvist succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 58th playminute. After 67 minutes Ås's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hubert Vesterberg who took care of the corner kick. AIK's Hubert Vesterberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kristian Lindholm in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gilbert Tomasson kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Gustaf Håkansson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kristian Lindholm, 2-3. In the 84th minute, AIK's Leonard Kjellqvist dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. In the 86th match minute, AIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Mattsson to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. AIK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
