Spectators: 7684 (Terracing: 5764, Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hampus Apelquist kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roger Vesterberg got free with Akram Amgad in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 6th minute, one of Ås:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ås. In the 7th minute there was a penalty for Storfors AIK. Pablo Lizzio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kristian Lindholm. 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Storfors AIK's goalkeeper Akram Amgad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roger Vesterberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hampus Apelquist in the 16th minute of play forced Storfors AIK's goalkeeper Akram Amgad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Jim Beneth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Jim Beneth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristian Lindholm was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Jim Beneth took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kristian Lindholm. Kristian Lindholm dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Kristian Lindholm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Lenberg in the 28th minute of play. In the 28th minute Kent Lenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Lindholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Storfors AIK's Kent Lenberg in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ås's goalie prevented a goal. Jim Beneth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ås's Kristian Lindholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Lenberg in the 35th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jim Beneth to strike the kick off in the second half. If David Bergman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filip Nyman kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After 58 played minutes Ås got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Erik Wennerberg. When Kent Lenberg came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Storfors AIK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kent Lenberg couldn't finish the play. Karl-Erik Wennerberg charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl-Erik Wennerberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ås's Karl-Erik Wennerberg got a free kick in the 66th minute. Pablo Lizzio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kristian Lindholm. Ås's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With his leg Kristian Lindholm managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Storfors AIK's Kent Lenberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With an all-out effort, Storfors AIK's Kristian Lindholm threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jim Beneth, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With his leg Kristian Lindholm managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when Storfors AIK's Kent Lenberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Ås getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Roger Vesterberg hit a great ball. In the last second Kristian Lindholm throw himself and got hold of the ball when Jim Beneth in the 77thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. A hard shot 82 in the game by Kent Lenberg from a close distance when the talented Kristian Lindholm managed to make a qualified save. Ås's players were relieved. Akram Amgad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hampus Apelquist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Storfors AIK's Kent Lenberg in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ås's goalie prevented a goal. Kristian Lindholm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Beneth in the 92nd minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Storfors AIK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
