An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Kilström in the 2nd minute of play forced Åstäppa FK's goalkeeper Charles Hughes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Kilström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Christian Kilström sped through Åstäppa FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Charles Hughes. Bernt Moberg kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Charles Hughes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Kilström, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Christian Kilströms short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Charles Hughes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 28th minute Numan Tayguner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Hughes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charles Hughes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Numan Tayguner in the 28th minute of the match. Peter Örtendal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Henry Mattsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Czeslaw Czajkowski came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Åstäppa FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Czeslaw Czajkowski couldn't finish the play. Christian Kilström did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Charles Hughes 32 minutes into the match. A collision led to Åstäppa FK getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Uno Lundkvist hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Charles Hughes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Henry Mattsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Czeslaw Czajkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. A collision led to Åstäppa FK getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Alfred Nordkvist hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, Åstäppa FK's goalkeeper Charles Hughes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Kilström. If Numan Tayguner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Czeslaw Czajkowski made a kick off. Henry Mattsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Czeslaw Czajkowski went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Czeslaw Czajkowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henry Mattsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Charles Hughes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christian Kilström went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Åstäppa FK's zone, Christer Salqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Hughes came out of the goal and Christer Salqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charles Hughes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Löfgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 69 minutes in the game Oliver Apelqvist did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Peter Örtendal. Åstäppa FK's Charles Hughes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Kilström in the 70th minute of play. Charles Hughes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Kilström, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After 74 played minutes Ekhagens IF got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Löfgren. Ekhagens IF's Håkan Molander was substituted for Oskar Uggla. In the 76th match minute, Ekhagens IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Löfgren to maneuver through the defense. Åstäppa FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isaac Löfgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. 85 minutes into the match, Ekhagens IF's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Czajkowski came free, but Henry Mattsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Åstäppa FK's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Kilström came free, but Charles Hughes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Czeslaw Czajkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Mattsson having to interfere. Charles Hughes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Kilström in the 92nd minute of play. With 95 minutes on the clock, Joe Gort commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Åstäppa FK! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Kilström in the 101st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charles Hughes prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
