Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fredrik Boström started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Stig Pedersson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kjell Haström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, Billinge's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Erik Backlund came free, but Kjell Haström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Erik Backlund in the 9th minute of play forced Billinge's goalkeeper Kjell Haström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thor Lindblom kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Billinge's goalkeeper Kjell Haström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 20th match minute, Billinge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Botvidsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute, Tony Childs left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Billingsfors BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tony Childs in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kjell Haström saved Billinge from getting behind. When Tony Childs came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Billingsfors BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tony Childs couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute, Tony Childs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Billinge defense, Jens-Erik Backlund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kjell Haström. The Billinge fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kjell Haström should have stopped the shot. After 39 minutes of play, Billingsfors BK's Tony Childs made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kjell Haström was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jens-Erik Backlund made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Tony Childs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Billingsfors BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Tony Childs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kjell Haström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leo Granström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kjell Haström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Tony Childs sped through Billinge's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kjell Haström. Leo Granström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Kjell Haström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tony Childs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell Haström having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Jens-Erik Backlund reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kjell Haström. The goal made the score 0-7. Jens-Erik Backlund might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kjell Haström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jens-Erik Backlund ran back to his position shaking his head. Kjell Haström was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Tony Childs capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tony Childs really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. Billingsfors BK's Daniel Fors played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Boström in the 75th minute of play. Billingsfors BK's Leo Granström got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Billingsfors BK's Jens-Erik Backlund dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. After 87 played minutes Billingsfors BK got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Erik Backlund. Daniel Fors took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Boström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leo Granström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Kjell Haström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Billingsfors BK played a much better game than Billinge and deserved their victory. The Billinge players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
