FC Higher's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Djurgården IF the free kick. Harry Bäckström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Nilsson in the 25th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, FC Higher's Ludwig Holmberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Du Chong Le narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of FC Higher booed when Djurgården IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nereo Abella didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Wictor Morat managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Higher's supporters rose to their feet, but Wictor Morat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Du Chong Le breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 80 minutes into the match, Djurgården IF's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Alves came free, but Du Chong Le reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Djurgården IF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Higher's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Higher.
