In the 7th minute, A-laget's Paul Edström ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Michael Hedström. Michael Hedström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Michael Hedström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Koprowski in the 12th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, one of Edsbyns IF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Edsbyns IF. A-laget's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elof Säfström in the 18th minute. After taking down the ball on A-laget's corner Elof Säfström fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Michael Hedström quite easily take care of the ball. The A-laget fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when A-laget's Konrad Koprowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Filippo Schiavoni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Linus Widberg's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Michael Hedström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Edström, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Edsbyns IF's Michael Säf quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Sture Strömberg, made in the 36th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Linus Widberg in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filippo Schiavoni saved A-laget from getting behind. Michael Säf hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The supporters of Edsbyns IF booed when A-laget was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konrad Koprowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th match minute, Edsbyns IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristian Gustavsson to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paul Edström to make the kick off. Linus Widberg hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Edsbyns IF's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Koprowski came free, but Michael Hedström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michael Hedström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartosz Bobrowski in the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd match minute, Edsbyns IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andréas Svartengren to maneuver through the defense. A-laget's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
