Jurand Lagiewniki took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quirze Acha. Quirze Acha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 11thth minute of the game Ali Nejat Karasu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Team Swestapool's Eddie Månsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Team Figo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ronny Felin in the 13th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Team Swestapool's goalie and right to Edgar Bruse. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Team Swestapool's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The audience was convinced that Ali Nejat Karasu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eddie Månsson was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. In the 17th minute Jurand Lagiewniki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quirze Acha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Team Swestapool's Eddie Månsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Nejat Karasu in the 25th minute of play. With a little luck, Team Figo's Quirze Acha got control of the ball when Kalle Nyberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kalle Nyberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Quirze Acha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eddie Månsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Nejat Karasu in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Team Figo were awarded a corner. Ronny Felin went to the cornerflag to take it. Niklas Edström made a great header on Team Figo's corner, it was just that Team Swestapool's Eddie Månsson managed to reach the ball for a save. Ali Nejat Karasu struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Eddie Månsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Team Figo. If Ali Nejat Karasu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eddie Månsson came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Team Figo's Ali Nejat Karasu. But to his dismay, Ali Nejat Karasu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Nejat Karasu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpected shot in the 51st minute by Ali Nejat Karasu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Team Swestapool's Rickard Lövkvist got a free kick in the 58th minute. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Ali Nejat Karasu sped through Team Swestapool's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eddie Månsson. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Nejat Karasu in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eddie Månsson saved Team Swestapool from getting behind. Team Figo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ronny Felin in the 70th minute. Birger Bergfeldt charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Birger Bergfeldt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 79th match minute, Team Swestapool was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Birger Bergfeldt to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Ali Nejat Karasu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Team Figo's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Nejat Karasu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eddie Månsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Ali Nejat Karasu put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Eddie Månsson. After a rather tough play, Team Swestapool's Birger Bergfeldt got a free kick in the 90th minute. When the match was over Team Figo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Team Swestapool throughout the match.
