Mats Holmgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Melin in the 25th minute of play. In the 31st minute of the match Woopbongo got a corner. Orten Boys's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Sandberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hubert Billock was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Orten Boys's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Woopbongo had won, even though Orten Boys had held more of the ball.
