Ermegildo Argider took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Olle Mellberg. Väderstad FK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Lunden City's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Eriksson came free, but Emanuel Salqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Joacim Melin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Lunden City were the better team. Lunden City's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
