Tage Brolin had several of the Granarna's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 21 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Mattias Valström as he didn't even see the shot coming. Isaac Fridlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Mattias Valström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Granarna's Konrad Dunajski got a free kick in the 25th minute. Tage Brolin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mattias Valström firmly grabbed it by the left post. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Granarna's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The corner led Linghed Angels FC's Åke Eliasson to fire away a dangerous shot which Mattias Valström despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicklas Hernström in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mattias Valström saved Granarna from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicklas Hernström in the 54th minute of play forced Granarna's goalkeeper Mattias Valström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Tage Brolin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mattias Valström was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tage Brolin in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mattias Valström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Linghed Angels FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
