With his leg John Holmberg managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when RSC Öjaby's Peder Björkkvist fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 6 played minutes RSC Öjaby got a freekick which was hit by Stellan Åström. Magne Tingberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joseph Möllgren in the 12th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Edgar Västberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Tingberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Peder Björkkvist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of John Holmberg, 1-0. A collision led to RSC Öjaby getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Fredrik Käller hit a great ball. RSC Öjaby's Magne Tingberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Västberg in the 24th minute of play. With an all-out effort, RSC Öjaby's John Holmberg threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jogaila Karoblis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Stellan Åström fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RSC Öjaby's protests and gave Stellan Åström a yellow card for diving instead. Peder Björkkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but John Holmberg made a huge save. Peder Björkkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Holmberg having to interfere. Kryspin Kilar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oskar Bergström hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute of the game Zebastian Sjöström made a throw-in which Edgar Västberg played forward. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Joseph Möllgren made the kick off in the second half. John Holmberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peder Björkkvist went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Joseph Möllgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magne Tingberg having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Peder Björkkvist made a precise shot to the right of John Holmberg. Karlshov's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Fredrik Käller kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. John Holmberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peder Björkkvist in the 77th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Stellan Åström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Kryspin Kilar notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Karlshov's John Holmberg. John Holmberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Karlshov defense, Kryspin Kilar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of John Holmberg. The Karlshov fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that John Holmberg should have stopped the shot. John Holmberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peder Björkkvist in the 94th minute of the match.
