Gösta Forsberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Green Fairies. In the 24th minute, Herbert Lundström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Green Fairies fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. A collision led to Vegetarianerna United getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Johan Samuelsson hit a great ball. Gösta Forsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivo Calado in the 30th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Vegetarianerna United's Arne Jönsätt got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 32nd play minutes Pål Bratt shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Gösta Forsberg and just under the crossbar into goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sven-Olof Ahlroth stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Vilhelm Berg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gösta Forsberg, 0-8. Gösta Forsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivo Calado, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute Vilhelm Berg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gösta Forsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ralf Västlund might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gösta Forsberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ralf Västlund ran back to his position shaking his head. 59 minutes into the match, Vilhelm Berg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gösta Forsberg, 0-9. After some careless play in the Vegetarianerna United defense, Pål Bratt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gösta Forsberg. The Vegetarianerna United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gösta Forsberg should have stopped the shot. In the 67th minute, Ivo Calado fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gösta Forsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pål Bratt in the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute of the match, Pål Bratt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gösta Forsberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 73 minutes into the match, Herbert Lundström notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Vegetarianerna United's Gösta Forsberg. Gösta Forsberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Vegetarianerna United's zone, Vincent Mossberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gösta Forsberg came out of the goal and Vincent Mossberg tried to chip the ball over his head.
