An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredrik Rosin in the 3rd minute of play forced Sollebrunn IF's goalkeeper Dag Säfström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Fernando do Vale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kaj Bengtsson went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kvillinge FF's goalkeeper Luís Fernando do Vale, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Kaj Bengtsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luís Fernando do Vale. Kvillinge FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kaj Bengtsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 28th minute Nicu Panaite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fernando do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sixten Henriksson's late challenge caught a Sollebrunn IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sixten Henriksson helped the player get up and apologised. Nicu Panaite placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Casper Norberg kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Sten Nordstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fredrik Rosin in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dag Säfström saved Sollebrunn IF from getting behind. Dag Säfström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fredrik Rosin in the 44th minute. Dag Säfström came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Kvillinge FF's Fredrik Rosin. But to his dismay, Fredrik Rosin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicu Panaite made a kick off. 50 minutes into the game, Nicu Panaite was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sollebrunn IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kvillinge FF the free kick. In the 50th match minute, Sollebrunn IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicu Panaite to maneuver through the defense. Luís Fernando do Vale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicu Panaite in the 53rd minute. Luís Fernando do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaj Bengtsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61st play minutes Fredrik Rosin shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Dag Säfström and just under the crossbar into goal. Göran Eliasson's late challenge caught a Sollebrunn IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicu Panaite got free with Luís Fernando do Vale in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 70 played minutes Kvillinge FF got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Odman. After a rather tough play, Sollebrunn IF's Casper Norberg got a free kick in the 74th minute. Luís Fernando do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaj Bengtsson in the 77th minute of play. Johannes Odman hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Kvillinge FF's Göran Eliasson got a free kick in the 80th minute. Johannes Odman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 87 minutes into the game, Nicu Panaite recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luís Fernando do Vale. Nicu Panaite showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fredrik Rosin in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dag Säfström saved Sollebrunn IF from getting behind. 91 minutes into the game, Jan-Ove Fagrell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sollebrunn IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kvillinge FF the free kick. After a rather tough play, Sollebrunn IF's Jan-Ove Fagrell got a free kick in the 91st minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sollebrunn IF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
