Trandareds SK's Jonny Falk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Trandareds SK from getting a goal against them. Jonny Falk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Gregersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After having played for 93 minutes, Fábio Brites managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Newcastle United F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Fábio Brites was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Trandareds SK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Newcastle United F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
