Jonathan Widberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Vallgren in the 6th minute of the match. After 11 minutes, Tobias Vallgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Punschrulle BK and the Gbg United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Punschrulle BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Vallgren to maneuver through the defense. Gbg United's Davi Lago got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Punschrulle BK's goalkeeper Algot Örnberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Davi Lago. Roch Bartoszek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Punschrulle BK's Algot Örnberg got control of the ball when Roch Bartoszek tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mats Ekgren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Widberg having to make a save. 31 minutes into the match, Gbg United's goal looked a bit too open when Mats Ekgren came free, but Jonathan Widberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Punschrulle BK's Algot Örnberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roch Bartoszek in the 34th minute of play. Davi Lago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Algot Örnberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixten Alebeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Punschrulle BK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Davi Lago stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Roch Bartoszek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Algot Örnberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Widberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobias Vallgren in the 54th minute. After having played for 56 minutes, Roch Bartoszek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gbg United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roch Bartoszek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 72 minutes into the game, Gbg United's Davi Lago nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Algot Örnberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Thanks to some nice moves Tobias Vallgren could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Jonathan Widberg however easily saved by the left post. Fredrik Kvist kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Algot Örnberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roch Bartoszek's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. The audience was convinced that Davi Lago's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Algot Örnberg was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Patrik Lindqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
