Bollnäs GIF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Joel Fastesson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Axel Fredriksson. Axel Fredriksson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. 35 minutes into the game, Åhagen FC's Joel Fastesson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Axel Fredriksson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Gustav Matsson's late challenge caught a Åhagen FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustav Matsson helped the player get up and apologised. Axel Fredriksson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manfred Vennerkvist went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. 47 minutes into the match, Bollnäs GIF's goal looked a bit too open when Rickard Enegren came free, but Axel Fredriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 81st minute, Åhagen FC's Rickard Enegren dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-13. Bollnäs GIF's Axel Fredriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Fastesson in the 90th minute of play. Manfred Vennerkvist succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-14 in the 92nd playminute. 96 minutes into the match, Bollnäs GIF's goalkeeper Axel Fredriksson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manfred Vennerkvist. Åhagen FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
