Pelle Falck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Jan-Åke Juhlin made a huge save. Jesper Hegg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honu Ng in the 7th minute of play. Åhus Absolut F.C's Coşkun Sehim suffered a sore thigh after 10 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Ingvar Hake charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ingvar Hake the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Åhus Absolut F.C made a substitution. Bo-Erik Sellberg replaced Coşkun Sehim. In the 11th match minute, BenBryTerna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Hake to maneuver through the defense. BenBryTerna's Jesper Hegg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils-Åke Wickander in the 12th minute of play. After 13 played minutes BenBryTerna got a freekick which was hit by Alvin Holm. Åhus Absolut F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honu Ng was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jesper Hegg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honu Ng in the 22nd minute of the match. Ingvar Hake fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Åke Juhlin having to interfere. Pelle Falck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Åke Juhlin having to interfere. In the 31st minute Nils-Åke Wickander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesper Hegg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 minutes of play, Åhus Absolut F.C's Nils-Åke Wickander made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jesper Hegg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Honu Ng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesper Hegg having to interfere. 46 minutes into the game, Honu Ng was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Åhus Absolut F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BenBryTerna the free kick. In the 46th match minute, Åhus Absolut F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honu Ng to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute, Lars Julin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pelle Falck was the one to do the kick off. Jesper Hegg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo-Erik Sellberg in the 56th minute of play. Jesper Hegg came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Åhus Absolut F.C's Honu Ng. But to his dismay, Honu Ng quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 65th minute, Honu Ng reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jesper Hegg. The goal made the score 0-4. Nils-Åke Wickanders short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Jesper Hegg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Honu Ng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesper Hegg having to interfere. Åhus Absolut F.C made a substitution. Jakob Browall replaced Honu Ng. After a rather tough play, BenBryTerna's Håkan Mogren got a free kick in the 77th minute. Nils-Åke Wickander's late challenge caught a BenBryTerna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nils-Åke Wickander helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of BenBryTerna booed when Åhus Absolut F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils-Åke Wickander didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th match minute, Åhus Absolut F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo-Erik Sellberg to maneuver through the defense. Ingvar Mellin kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Åhus Absolut F.C's Jan-Åke Juhlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pelle Falck in the 90th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Åhus Absolut F.C's Pelle Sikström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. The BenBryTerna fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Åhus Absolut F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
