A very good chance. After 8 played minutes Leksands Boys got a freekick which was hit by Iwo Balonek. Leo Bengtsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kent Christoffersson in the 10th minute. Johan Siöman charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Johan Siöman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Leksands Boys getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Johan Siöman hit a great ball. The long shot by Lucas Berggren in the 13th minute really tested Leo Bengtsson's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Sundström in the 16th minute of play forced IFE ELFSBORG's goalkeeper Gabriel Valrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Berggren struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Leo Bengtsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFE ELFSBORG. Leo Bengtsson came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by IFE ELFSBORG's Nicklas Malmberg. But to his dismay, Nicklas Malmberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Leo Bengtsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Torbjörn Billvall went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Leksands Boys getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Constantino Goito hit a great ball. Robin Haglund received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leo Bengtsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Robin Haglund slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 31st minute. If Constantino Goito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leo Bengtsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Berggren, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Constantino Goito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Valrot having to interfere. After some careless play in the IFE ELFSBORG defense, Constantino Goito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Valrot. The IFE ELFSBORG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Valrot should have stopped the shot. Robin Haglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Leo Bengtsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicklas Malmberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, IFE ELFSBORG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicklas Låsberg to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of IFE ELFSBORG booed when Leksands Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claes Hamberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Leksands Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Nicklas Malmberg came free, but Leo Bengtsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind IFE ELFSBORG's goalkeeper Gabriel Valrot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Claes Hamberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leksands Boys's supporters rose to their feet, but Claes Hamberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabriel Valrot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the match, IFE ELFSBORG's goalkeeper Gabriel Valrot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Constantino Goito. Nicklas Malmberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Leo Bengtsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo Bengtsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robin Haglund in the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Andy Cole was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leksands Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IFE ELFSBORG the free kick. Andy Cole kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 89thth minute of the game Karl Ahlbom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFE ELFSBORG's Gabriel Valrot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. IFE ELFSBORG's Nicklas Malmberg got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The IFE ELFSBORG fans cheered their team off the field, for while Leksands Boys had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
