The corner led Åhus Absolut F.C's Lars Julin to fire away a dangerous shot which Mikael Smedfeldt despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 13 minutes into the game, one of Soaring Eagles:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mikael Smedfeldt had in the 15thth minute some difficulties stopping Leo Ström's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Soaring Eagles's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lars Julin was slow to take the kick. During this time Åhus Absolut F.C's players had a chance to rest. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Jakob Browall put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Mikael Smedfeldt. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Ström in the 21st minute of play forced Soaring Eagles's goalkeeper Mikael Smedfeldt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
