Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Pelle Falck started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. BenBryTerna's Jesper Hegg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tom Hedström in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute Ingvar Eliasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesper Hegg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tom Hedström took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jesper Hegg. Jesper Hegg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a little luck, Melchester Rovers's Sven-Ove Helström got control of the ball when Pelle Falck tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Sven-Ove Helström managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when BenBryTerna's Pelle Falck fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jesper Hegg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Hedström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tom Hedström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pelle Falck's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Sven-Ove Helström skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ingvar Eliasson to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53rd play minutes Ingvar Eliasson shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Jesper Hegg and just under the crossbar into goal. If Ingvar Eliasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Jesper Hegg managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Melchester Rovers's Tom Hedström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A hard shot 75 in the game by Tom Hedström from a close distance when the talented Jesper Hegg managed to make a qualified save. BenBryTerna's players were relieved. After having played for 78 minutes, Ingvar Eliasson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Melchester Rovers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ingvar Eliasson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When BenBryTerna's Pelle Falck in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Melchester Rovers's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Ingvar Eliasson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Melchester Rovers's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingvar Eliasson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesper Hegg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Karl Åberg's late challenge caught a Melchester Rovers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl Åberg helped the player get up and apologised. Karl Åberg kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Jesper Hegg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Eliasson in the 86th minute of play. Aron Engström kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Tom Hedström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jesper Hegg. That made the score 1-4 in the 88 minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Melchester Rovers eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
