In the 41st minute, Jörn Blomqvist made a precise shot to the right of Mikael Smedfeldt. Soaring Eagles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 47 minutes into the match, Jörn Blomqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mikael Smedfeldt. Soaring Eagles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jörn Blomqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Jens-Erik Kihlberg made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Holmsveden IFK's Aleksander Brummer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mikael Smedfeldt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sven-Arne Gustavsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jörn Blomqvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mikael Smedfeldt came out and tried to block the shot, but Jörn Blomqvist slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 72nd minute. 77 minutes into the match, Soaring Eagles's goalkeeper Mikael Smedfeldt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jörn Blomqvist. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aleksander Brummer in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mikael Smedfeldt saved Soaring Eagles from getting behind. Soaring Eagles's Mikael Smedfeldt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Soaring Eagles from getting a goal against them. Holmsveden IFK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 肖海骋 in the 82nd minute. The corner ended in 肖海骋 almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Soaring Eagles's Mikael Smedfeldt did a great save. When Alfons Håkansson fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soaring Eagles's protests and gave Alfons Håkansson a yellow card for diving instead. After 97 played minutes Soaring Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Alfons Håkansson. The Soaring Eagles fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Holmsveden IFK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
