In the 6th minute, Olof Wiberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 6 minutes into the match, Benny Bastard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bertil Nyman. Cranberry United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benny Bastard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. John Näfver hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Cranberry United's Bertil Nyman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benny Bastard in the 10th minute of play. After 12th play minutes Benny Bastard shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Bertil Nyman and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 15th minute, Olof Wiberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the match, Stanislaw Wieczorek dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eskil Granberg, 1-2. Olof Wiberg took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bertil Nyman. Bertil Nyman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. When Benny Bastard came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the ADRIA MATRIX FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benny Bastard couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benny Bastard in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bertil Nyman saved Cranberry United from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Cranberry United's Jon Bruse got a free kick in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benny Bastard in the 40th minute of play forced Cranberry United's goalkeeper Bertil Nyman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Benny Bastard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertil Nyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olof Wiberg in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bertil Nyman saved Cranberry United from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Wassenius was the one to do the kick off. Bertil Nyman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benny Bastard in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th minute Benny Bastard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertil Nyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as ADRIA MATRIX FC's Olof Wiberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bertil Nyman. That made the score 1-7 after 59 minutes of play. Cranberry United's Bertil Nyman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Cranberry United from getting a goal against them. ADRIA MATRIX FC made a substitution. Kristian Askelöf replaced Benny Bastard. 67 minutes into the match, Ludomil Rukszcz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bertil Nyman, 1-8. If Ludomil Rukszcz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ludomil Rukszcz might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bertil Nyman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ludomil Rukszcz ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cranberry United's goalkeeper Bertil Nyman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 74th minute, Ludomil Rukszcz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ADRIA MATRIX FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-9. Cranberry United made a substitution. Jesper Hökqvist replaced Rutger Harman. Ludomil Rukszcz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Bertil Nyman made a huge save. With a little luck, Cranberry United's Bertil Nyman got control of the ball when Ludomil Rukszcz tried to sneak it across the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Zdzislaw Kasperowicz notched a goal, 1-10, to the right of Cranberry United's Bertil Nyman. Bertil Nyman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, ADRIA MATRIX FC's Greger Västerstrand got a free kick in the 89th minute. ADRIA MATRIX FC's Ludomil Rukszcz got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ADRIA MATRIX FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
