Blågula BollAtleter's Tom Vandendriessche proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Blågula BollAtleter from getting a goal against them. Tom Vandendriessche stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albano Demesio's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tom Vandendriessche prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Blågula BollAtleter's Paul Theissen got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Southburn City F.C.'s Jörgen Askelöf proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Southburn City F.C. from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albano Demesio in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tom Vandendriessche saved Blågula BollAtleter from getting behind. When Blågula BollAtleter's Paul Theissen in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After taking down the ball on Blågula BollAtleter's corner Roger Grep fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jörgen Askelöf quite easily take care of the ball. Tom Vandendriessche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fellipe dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Roger Grep could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Jörgen Askelöf made a huge save. Jörgen Askelöf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Theissen in the 79th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paul Theissen in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. When Lennart Östensson fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Southburn City F.C.'s protests and gave Lennart Östensson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Blågula BollAtleter booed when Southburn City F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lennart Östensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jörgen Askelöf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Theissen in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Fellipe dos Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
