In the 11th minute, Andreas Hernaiz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niklas Kvick was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 16th minute Andreas Hernaiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Kvick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niklas Kvick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelillo Di Maria in the 17th minute of play. Andreas Hernaiz scored 0-3 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niklas Kvick, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Niklas Kvick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birger Benett in the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Angelillo Di Maria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Kvick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Birger Benett notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Helsingborg IF's Niklas Kvick. Niklas Kvick was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Niklas Kvick didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andreas Hernaiz went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Gaudencio Ignazio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andreas Hernaiz took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niklas Kvick. Niklas Kvick dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. After a rather tough play, FC NORDLAND's Benno Betancor got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half FC NORDLAND were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andreas Hernaiz to strike the kick off in the second half. When Gustaf Hård fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Helsingborg IF's protests and gave Gustaf Hård a yellow card for diving instead. Emil Arenius kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC NORDLAND's goalkeeper Joar Frisck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to FC NORDLAND getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Christof Mehlbaum hit a great ball. FC NORDLAND were furious when Alex Hernaiz was red carded, 61 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 62nd minute, Bengt-Arne Tönnberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joar Frisck was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. With a little luck, Helsingborg IF's Niklas Kvick got control of the ball when Birger Benett tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot 67 in the game by Birger Benett from a close distance when the talented Niklas Kvick managed to make a qualified save. Helsingborg IF's players were relieved. After 69th play minutes Birger Benett shot 1-7, a short shot which went by Niklas Kvick and just under the crossbar into goal. Birger Benett could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Niklas Kvick made a huge save. 75 minutes into the game, Edwin Hammarbäck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Helsingborg IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC NORDLAND the free kick. Edwin Hammarbäck kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. A collision led to Helsingborg IF getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Edwin Hammarbäck hit a great ball. In the 77th minute of the match Christof Mehlbaum sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niklas Kvick skillfully saved the ball. Birger Benett let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 78th minute shot 1-8 at rihgt post. Helsingborg IF's Niklas Kvick proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Helsingborg IF from getting a goal against them. 83 minutes into the match, Birger Benett had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niklas Kvick. Helsingborg IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Birger Benett was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-9. In the 85th minute Angelillo Di Maria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Kvick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Malmberg in the 87th minute of play forced FC NORDLAND's goalkeeper Joar Frisck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Birger Benetts short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Niklas Kvick to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Helsingborg IF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC NORDLAND:s goal. FC NORDLAND played a much better game than Helsingborg IF and deserved their victory. The Helsingborg IF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
