In the 10thth minute of the game 张战彬 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Åkarp United's Ludvig Blixt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th minute, Vágner Paes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harold Coenens took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ludvig Blixt. Ludvig Blixt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 18th minute 刘博翔 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Corderro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute Atlético Åkarp United were awarded a corner. Donato Jerardo went to the cornerflag to take it. Braulio Corderro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vágner Paes in the 23rd minute of the match. Tobias Haraldsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. Olympiakos's Harold Coenens was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ludvig Blixt in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Atlético Åkarp United getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Donato Jerardo hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 张战彬 was the one to do the kick off. Ludvig Blixt made a fantastic save in the 50th minute, when 张战彬 sent off a good shot on target. When Harold Coenens fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olympiakos's protests and gave Harold Coenens a yellow card for diving instead. Harold Coenens hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. When Sten Salkvist fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Braulio Corderro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ian Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute, Ian Tepedino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Unto Ilola kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ludvig Blixt. That made the score 0-5 in the 83 minute of play. 91 minutes into the game, Leigh Blake recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ludvig Blixt. Leigh Blake showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. In the 94th minute, Ian Tepedino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
