Spectators: 8125 (Terracing: 6095, Seating: 1869, VIP seats: 161) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jan Malmberg kicked off to start the match. Niklas Kvick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Hök in the 5th minute of play. Kral Çakır received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Niklas Kvick came out and tried to block the shot, but Kral Çakır slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. In the 12th minute, Kral Çakır ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niklas Kvick was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Niklas Kvick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kral Çakır in the 16th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Solskin's Kral Çakır sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niklas Kvick narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, Helsingborg IF's goalkeeper Niklas Kvick had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kral Çakır. Karl-Erik Hellström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Malmberg in the 41st minute of the match. Niklas Kvick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Di Livio in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Herbert Hök stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Kral Çakır notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Helsingborg IF's Niklas Kvick. Niklas Kvick was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Solskin's Karl-Erik Hellström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziemowit Wawak in the 62nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Helsingborg IF defense, Kral Çakır kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niklas Kvick. The Helsingborg IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niklas Kvick should have stopped the shot. 68 minutes into the match, Helsingborg IF's goal looked a bit too open when Kral Çakır came free, but Niklas Kvick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Malmberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Karl-Erik Hellström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niklas Kvick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kral Çakır in the 74th minute of play. Kral Çakır's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niklas Kvick read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Solskin's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rocky Starlight in the 79th minute. A nice corner shot did that Rocky Starlight got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Niklas Kvick quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kral Çakır blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niklas Kvick having to make a save. Niklas Kvick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kral Çakır, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the game, Jonatan Eladio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Helsingborg IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Solskin the free kick. A collision led to Helsingborg IF getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Jonatan Eladio hit a great ball. In the 91st minute of the match Solskin got a corner. Helsingborg IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rocky Starlight ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rocky Starlight made a great header on Solskin's corner, it was just that Helsingborg IF's Niklas Kvick managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 94th minute Herbert Hök shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Kvick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niklas Kvick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kral Çakır, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Solskin were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Helsingborg IF for a fine match.
