The corner led Helsingborg IF's Bengt-Arne Tönnberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Justas Kukulskis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Niklas Kvick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İbrahim-Asım Johansson in the 7th minute of the match. İbrahim-Asım Johansson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niklas Kvick having to make a save. Henric Eriksson hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Ziemowit Wawak was extremely unlucky when he, in the 14th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 14th minute Ziemowit Wawak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justas Kukulskis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Warberg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ziemowit Wawak came free, but Justas Kukulskis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was a well-played corner which Otto Fanström managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. With a couple of smart ball manuevers İbrahim-Asım Johansson in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niklas Kvick saved Helsingborg IF from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Malmberg in the 36th minute of play forced Warberg FC's goalkeeper Justas Kukulskis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Des Nutsch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Helsingborg IF getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Otto Fanström hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan Malmberg in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Justas Kukulskis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Justas Kukulskis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Malmberg in the 55th minute of play. With his leg Niklas Kvick managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Warberg FC's Des Nutsch fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Justas Kukulskis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Malmberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Helsingborg IF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when İbrahim-Asım Johansson 66 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 0-3 when İbrahim-Asım Johansson sped through Helsingborg IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Niklas Kvick. Des Nutsch who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Niklas Kvick when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 87 minutes into the game, Warberg FC's Des Nutsch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niklas Kvick made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Des Nutsch who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Niklas Kvick when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Niklas Kvick didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 97th minute, which inside left pole to 1-6. The Warberg FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Warberg FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
