Kåge BF's Roland Backman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niclas Modig in the 14th minute of play. Bengt-Rune Wennerlund, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the match, Järbo's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas King came free, but Jimmy Lundin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kåge BF were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Järbo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Torsten Bäcklin took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Torsten Bäcklin managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Stig-Arne Åkesson hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After having played for 56 minutes, Bengt-Rune Wennerlund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Järbo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bengt-Rune Wennerlund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Roland Backman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Järbo's Ulaş Hulk in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kåge BF's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulaş Hulk in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roland Backman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulaş Hulk in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roland Backman saved Kåge BF from getting behind. After 65 minutes, Ulaş Hulk made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Kåge BF's Roland Backman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Roland Backman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulaş Hulk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimmy Lundin came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Kåge BF's Torsten Bäcklin. But to his dismay, Torsten Bäcklin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. If Ulaş Hulk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulaş Hulk in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roland Backman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 83 played minutes Kåge BF got a freekick which was hit by Torsten Bäcklin. Roland Backman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulaş Hulk in the 84th minute of play. Järbo's Ulaş Hulk got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th match minute, Järbo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Tolga Fidan to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Järbo's goalkeeper Jimmy Lundin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
