The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl-Oskar Månsson during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th match minute, Järbo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Oskar Månsson to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Joxa mé trasan's Egil Bern got a free kick in the 15th minute. João Carlos Neto came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. Ronnie Hellström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Järbo's Karl-Oskar Månsson got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st match minute, Joxa mé trasan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamílton Secco to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute Arne Bronco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimmy Lundin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Carlos Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ulaş Hulk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronnie Hellström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play.
