Johannes Trulsson started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, A2 IF's Márió Vincze got a free kick in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toader Drogba in the 10th minute of play forced Joxa mé trasan's goalkeeper Ronnie Hellström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Carlos Neto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nils-Erik Alin having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when João Carlos Neto got free with Nils-Erik Alin in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A2 IF's Nils-Erik Alin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save A2 IF from getting a goal against them. Nils-Erik Alin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Carlos Neto, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Joxa mé trasan's Ronnie Hellström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Trulsson in the 25th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when João Carlos Neto got free with Nils-Erik Alin in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Carlos Neto in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nils-Erik Alin saved A2 IF from getting behind. João Carlos Neto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nils-Erik Alin having to make a save. Joxa mé trasan's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ove Löfgren in the 35th minute. A nice corner shot did that Ove Löfgren got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nils-Erik Alin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Boris Alkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, A2 IF's Christoffer Lundgren tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With a little luck, A2 IF's Nils-Erik Alin got control of the ball when João Carlos Neto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute, Benjamin Metsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Arne Bronco came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Joxa mé trasan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arne Bronco couldn't finish the play. Doyle Brunson's late challenge caught a A2 IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Doyle Brunson helped the player get up and apologised. Doyle Brunson kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After 43 played minutes, A2 IF's Christoffer Lundgren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ronnie Hellström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in A2 IF reached it. After having played for 45 minutes, Johannes Trulsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A2 IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johannes Trulsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the game, one of A2 IF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ove Löfgren shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 56th minute, João Carlos Neto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nils-Erik Alin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind A2 IF's goalkeeper Nils-Erik Alin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, A2 IF's Márió Vincze got a free kick in the 63rd minute. A2 IF's Nils-Emil Hansson was substituted for Toader Drogba. A collision led to A2 IF getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Márió Vincze hit a great ball. Joxa mé trasan's Ronnie Hellström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Joxa mé trasan from getting a goal against them. A2 IF's Börge Sundström was substituted for Márió Vincze. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by Joxa mé trasan's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Christoffer Lundgren was slow to take the kick. During this time A2 IF's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Christoffer Lundgren got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ronnie Hellström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Joxa mé trasan getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Mariusz Sebzda hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Ronnie Hellström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 74th minute, João Carlos Neto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Joxa mé trasan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Nils-Erik Alin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Bronco in the 81st minute of play. Doyle Brunson hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Ronnie Hellström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils-Emil Hansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, João Carlos Neto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Joxa mé trasan's supporters rose to their feet, but João Carlos Neto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nils-Erik Alin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Nils-Emil Hansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 98 minutes into the match, João Carlos Neto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nils-Erik Alin. A2 IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Carlos Neto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Joxa mé trasan fans cheered their team off the field, for while A2 IF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
