Spectators: 8033 (Terracing: 6025, Seating: 1848, VIP seats: 160) Niklas Bäck started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Thames Ironworks FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ulaş Hulk came free, but Dick Melander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 4 minutes into the match, Järbo's goal looked a bit too open when Rickard Nilsson came free, but Johan Rudberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dick Melander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Oskar Månsson in the 8th minute of the match. When Torgny Forsman fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Thames Ironworks FC's protests and gave Torgny Forsman a yellow card for diving instead. After 11 played minutes Thames Ironworks FC got a freekick which was hit by Torgny Forsman. After 19th play minutes Niklas Bäck shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Johan Rudberg and just under the crossbar into goal. Thames Ironworks FC's Christian Säv quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Elliot Hultstrand, made in the 25th minute of the game. Ulaş Hulk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Järbo's Karl-Oskar Månsson got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Niklas Bäck in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Johan Rudberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Järbo's Ulaş Hulk in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Thames Ironworks FC's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot 40 in the game by Edvard Gunnarsson from a close distance when the talented Johan Rudberg managed to make a qualified save. Järbo's players were relieved. Ulaş Hulk might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dick Melander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ulaş Hulk ran back to his position shaking his head. Dick Melander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulaş Hulk in the 45th minute of the match. When Edvard Gunnarsson fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Thames Ironworks FC's protests and gave Edvard Gunnarsson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Thames Ironworks FC getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Edvard Gunnarsson hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Ulaş Hulk made the kick off in the second half. Johan Rudberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Säv, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dick Melander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulaş Hulk, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Järbo's zone, Edvard Gunnarsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johan Rudberg came out of the goal and Edvard Gunnarsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niklas Bäck in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Johan Rudberg saved Järbo from getting behind. After some careless play in the Järbo defense, Rickard Nilsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Johan Rudberg. The Järbo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Johan Rudberg should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Thames Ironworks FC's Rikard Björkdahl got a free kick in the 71st minute. Järbo's Niclas Modig was substituted for Karl-Oskar Månsson. The supporters of Järbo booed when Thames Ironworks FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rikard Björkdahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thames Ironworks FC's Dick Melander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Thames Ironworks FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Thames Ironworks FC's Dick Melander got control of the ball when Ulaş Hulk tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner ended in Bengt-Rune Wennerlund almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Thames Ironworks FC's Dick Melander did a great save. Johan Rudberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niklas Bäck's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. The Thames Ironworks FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
