In the 5th minute, Kevin Pilberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jens-Ola Siöberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Börje Bengtsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Jens-Ola Siöberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Börje Bengtsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 10th minute, Bengt Ekström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Midland FC's Jens Askstedt got a free kick in the 11th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Börje Bengtsson got free with Jens-Ola Siöberg in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jens-Ola Siöberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to LeicestersKickers getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Martin Myhr hit a great ball. In the 30th match minute, Midland FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dick Lagerberg to maneuver through the defense. Jens-Ola Siöberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Kellbom in the 35th minute of play. In the 35thth minute of the game John Kellbom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Midland FC's Jens-Ola Siöberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 36 minutes into the match, John Kellbom dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jens-Ola Siöberg, 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Rigoberto Paredes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jens-Ola Siöberg. That made the score 4-0 in the 40 minute of play. The throw-in from André Zander in the 45th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Midland FC's Jakob Winström. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Börje Bengtsson made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Midland FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Dennis Siöberg hit a great ball. LeicestersKickers's Rigoberto Paredes got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torgny Dal in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Janne Oblak saved LeicestersKickers from getting behind. Jens-Ola Siöberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Börje Bengtsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind LeicestersKickers's goalkeeper Janne Oblak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Midland FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Jens Askstedt hit a great ball. In the 75th minute Börje Bengtsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ola Siöberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Börje Bengtsson struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Jens-Ola Siöberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LeicestersKickers. LeicestersKickers's Per-Olof Bryngelsson was substituted for Sebastian Engman. 83 minutes into the match, LeicestersKickers's Börje Bengtsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jens-Ola Siöberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jens-Ola Siöberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börje Bengtsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 minutes of play, LeicestersKickers's John Kellbom made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens-Ola Siöberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by John Kellbom in the 95th minute of play forced Midland FC's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Siöberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led to LeicestersKickers's John Kellbom getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When the referee ended the match the LeicestersKickers players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
