The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 20 minutes into the match, Sonstorps Fotboll's goal looked a bit too open when Börje Bengtsson came free, but Janne Katt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Sonstorps Fotboll booed when LeicestersKickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urban Finnman didn't get a good kick on the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Sonstorps Fotboll's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo-Erik Skytt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The goalkeeper, Janne Oblak, was totally fooled by Sonstorps Fotboll's Daniel Törnblom, who 89 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Janne Katt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börje Bengtsson in the 92nd minute of the match. Janne Katt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kiki Monginsidi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
