Spectators: 7966 (Terracing: 5976, Seating: 1832, VIP seats: 158) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jordi Leal started the match with the kick off. If Reine Dahlgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jordi Leal scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Magne Rudkvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Magne Rudkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustav Levander in the 9th minute of play. Reine Dahlgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jim Lindberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reine Dahlgren ran back to his position shaking his head. 10 minutes into the match, SpringPojkarnas BK's goal looked a bit too open when Reine Dahlgren came free, but Jim Lindberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reine Dahlgren in the 13th minute of play forced SpringPojkarnas BK's goalkeeper Jim Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Bolltrillarnas BK were awarded a corner. Jonatan Berggren went to the cornerflag to take it. Magne Rudkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustav Levander in the 16th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reine Dahlgren in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jim Lindberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19thth minute of the game Jordi Leal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bolltrillarnas BK's Magne Rudkvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd play minute Jordi Leal came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Magne Rudkvist. 2-0. In the 29th minute Jordi Leal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Rudkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Jordi Leal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SpringPojkarnas BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 34th minute of the game Boris Gallberg made a throw-in which Matīss Amatnieks played forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reine Dahlgren in the 36th minute of play forced SpringPojkarnas BK's goalkeeper Jim Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jim Lindberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrei Joithe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Bolltrillarnas BK's goalkeeper Magne Rudkvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jordi Leal. 41 minutes into the match, Jordi Leal notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Bolltrillarnas BK's Magne Rudkvist. Magne Rudkvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Reine Dahlgren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jim Lindberg having to make a save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reine Dahlgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of SpringPojkarnas BK booed when Bolltrillarnas BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Håkan Samuelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Börje Hydén came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the SpringPojkarnas BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Börje Hydén couldn't finish the play. 55 minutes into the match, Bolltrillarnas BK's goal looked a bit too open when Börje Hydén came free, but Magne Rudkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bolltrillarnas BK's Magne Rudkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jordi Leal in the 67th minute of play. With a little luck, SpringPojkarnas BK's Jim Lindberg got control of the ball when Andrei Joithe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Magne Rudkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jordi Leal in the 74th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Simon Sjödin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustav Levander, 81 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a defensive mix-up in SpringPojkarnas BK's zone, Reine Dahlgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jim Lindberg came out of the goal and Reine Dahlgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SpringPojkarnas BK's Jim Lindberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reine Dahlgren in the 92nd minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bolltrillarnas BK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SpringPojkarnas BK.
