In the 11th minute Gröngölingarnas IF were awarded a corner. Jesper Hägert went to the cornerflag to take it. After 19th play minutes Alf Ahlkvist shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Per Stålman and just under the crossbar into goal. Per Stålman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Fernando Leal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alf Ahlkvist in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Per Stålman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jimmy Lilja came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Tionde Kompaniet BK's Sverker Jönsson. But to his dismay, Sverker Jönsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Per Stålman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Fernando Leal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 32 minutes, Sverker Jönsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tionde Kompaniet BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sverker Jönsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emanuel Arenius kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Per Stålman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Ahlkvist in the 43rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tionde Kompaniet BK's Case Yard got a free kick in the 44th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Jimmy Lilja successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After the first half Gröngölingarnas IF were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Alvin Boström made the kick off in the second half. Tionde Kompaniet BK's Per Stålman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Tionde Kompaniet BK from getting a goal against them. Luiz Fernando Leal struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Per Stålman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gröngölingarnas IF. In the 61st minute, Sverker Jönsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Alvin Boström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jimmy Lilja was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. After having played for 72 minutes, 石林朗 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tionde Kompaniet BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but 石林朗 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Tionde Kompaniet BK booed when Gröngölingarnas IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gert Ström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvin Boström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Tionde Kompaniet BK's Ulrik Björkkvist got a free kick in the 79th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Alf Ahlkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gröngölingarnas IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Alf Ahlkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Per Stålman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jimmy Lilja had in the 91stth minute some difficulties stopping 石林朗's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 94th minute, 石林朗 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute, Adrian Strandberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute of the match Case Yard shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jimmy Lilja showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
