Kristoffer Gunnarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Nordal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the match, Frispark IF's goal looked a bit too open when David Nordal came free, but Kristoffer Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's Bolli Stopar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK from getting a goal against them. Nicklas Vallmark came free with the goalkeeper in the 41st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bolli Stopar could save by the left post. Kristoffer Gunnarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakob Pihlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute, Sture Dahlkvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristoffer Gunnarsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicklas Vallmark to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's zone, Kenny Åkerberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bolli Stopar came out of the goal and Kenny Åkerberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute Sture Dahlkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristoffer Gunnarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Frispark IF getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Carl Kråk hit a great ball. In the 58th match minute, Frispark IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenny Åkerberg to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilhelm Lundqvist in the 64th minute of play forced Frispark IF's goalkeeper Kristoffer Gunnarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Nordal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Kristoffer Gunnarsson made a huge save. Frispark IF's Petru Bădescu was substituted for Nicklas Vallmark. Bolli Stopar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petru Bădescu in the 84th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Frispark IF got a freekick which was hit by Kenny Åkerberg. Sture Dahlkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sture Dahlkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
