Spectators: 9245 (Terracing: 6935, Seating: 2126, VIP seats: 184) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Herbert Lipinski took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute Adam Håning shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Knut Bergström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Knut Bergström came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Rörvik BK's Adam Håning. But to his dismay, Adam Håning quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. TEAM Hawkeye's Knut Bergström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Valrot in the 10th minute of play. Knut Bergström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Stor in the 11th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Adam Håning got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Knut Bergström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olov Valrot in the 21st minute of the match. Knut Bergström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Valrot, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The Rörvik BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. TEAM Hawkeye's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Henrik Örnberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Rörvik BK's Henrik Örnberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Knut Bergström despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Adam Håning sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

TEAM Hawkeye made a substitution. Şükrü Ülgenalp replaced Herbert Lipinski. TEAM Hawkeye's Angel Recemill was substituted for Håkan Dahlberg. A collision led to TEAM Hawkeye getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Leo Ekström hit a great ball. Hurşit Üke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Lagerberg in the 56th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the game, Leo Ekström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Hurşit Üke was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Lagerberg in the 64th minute of play forced Rörvik BK's goalkeeper Hurşit Üke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, TEAM Hawkeye's goalkeeper Knut Bergström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olov Valrot. Leo Ekström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hurşit Üke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Ekström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. TEAM Hawkeye's Knut Bergström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save TEAM Hawkeye from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrik Lagerberg in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hurşit Üke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 78 minutes into the match, TEAM Hawkeye's Leo Ekström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hurşit Üke narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rörvik BK's Hurşit Üke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Recemill in the 81st minute of play. Hurşit Üke didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angel Recemill went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Rörvik BK's Bo-Erik Säf was substituted for Adam Håning. Bo-Erik Säf received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Knut Bergström came out and tried to block the shot, but Bo-Erik Säf slotted it home off the left post making it 4-3 in the 96th minute. After 98 played minutes TEAM Hawkeye got a freekick which was hit by Şükrü Ülgenalp. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The TEAM Hawkeye fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rörvik BK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
