Przemyslaw Turak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Epicuro Quintas's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 8th match minute, Cichostaw SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Rubio to maneuver through the defense. Florian Rybak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Rybak in the 22nd minute of play forced Unia Ciechanowiec's goalkeeper Przemyslaw Turak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Przemyslaw Turak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eduardo Rubio went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 27 minutes, Eduardo Rubio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cichostaw SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Rubio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Epicuro Quintas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Witomir Ankiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Pazura in the 39th minute of play forced Unia Ciechanowiec's goalkeeper Przemyslaw Turak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Witomir Ankiewicz to make the kick off. The supporters of Unia Ciechanowiec booed when Cichostaw SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matei Anastasiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cichostaw SA's Jaroslaw Dzerwucki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grzegorz Paciuszko in the 54th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Florian Rybak made a precise shot to the right of Przemyslaw Turak. Unia Ciechanowiec's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Miroslaw Magdziarz's late challenge caught a Cichostaw SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miroslaw Magdziarz helped the player get up and apologised. Miroslaw Magdziarz hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Unia Ciechanowiec's Przemyslaw Turak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Unia Ciechanowiec from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Rybak in the 77th minute of play forced Unia Ciechanowiec's goalkeeper Przemyslaw Turak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florian Rybak struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Przemyslaw Turak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cichostaw SA. Cichostaw SA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
