In the 12th minute Lucjan Gierlach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Drogoreanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Tanek Puch dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Martin Drogoreanu, 1-0. When Stanislav Bystroň came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Pokrzywna SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stanislav Bystroň couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Stanislav Bystroň managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pokrzywna SSA's supporters rose to their feet, but Stanislav Bystroň was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wawrzyniec Bronder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Pokrzywna SSA's Stanislav Bystroň in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an all-out effort, Polish Hussars F.C.'s Martin Drogoreanu threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alfred Matela, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stanislav Bystroň in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wawrzyniec Bronder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 36 minutes into the game, Stanislav Bystroň cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Wawrzyniec Bronder was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stanislav Bystroň struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Wawrzyniec Bronder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pokrzywna SSA. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfred Matela was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Stanislav Bystroň took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Wawrzyniec Bronder to make any attempt to save it. After some careless play in the Pokrzywna SSA defense, Zenon Wydrych kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Drogoreanu. The Pokrzywna SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Drogoreanu should have stopped the shot. Martin Drogoreanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zenon Wydrych, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When Piotr Kochanowicz fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pokrzywna SSA's protests and gave Piotr Kochanowicz a yellow card for diving instead. Piotr Kochanowicz hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Matela in the 67th minute of play forced Pokrzywna SSA's goalkeeper Martin Drogoreanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Ferry Mosselveld hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martin Drogoreanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucjan Gierlach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Stanislav Bystroň came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Pokrzywna SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stanislav Bystroň couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the match, Pokrzywna SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Lucjan Winszman came free, but Martin Drogoreanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Lucjan Winszman notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Pokrzywna SSA's Martin Drogoreanu. Martin Drogoreanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 90 minutes into the game, Polish Hussars F.C.'s Alfred Matela nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Martin Drogoreanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. 93 minutes into the game, Lucjan Gierlach cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. Martin Drogoreanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the Polish Hussars F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
